Tuesday’s Roundup

Today’s selection of important stories you might have missed:

  • - When asked today what exactly it was about Sarah Palin that made her qualified to be Commander-In-Chief McCain spokesman Tucker Bounds couldn’t come up with a good answer.  Note to McCain: that’s not good.
  • - Speaking of Palin ardent Hillary Clinton supporter James Carville was attacked today as sexist for his criticisms of Palin’s qualifications.  Seriously.
  • - Senator Lindsey Graham thinks the lefts attacks on Sarah Palin aren’t fair.  His solution?  Attack Joe Biden’s dead wife and daughter.
  • - The McCain campaigns love-affair with the media has apparently entered “battered spouse” mode.  Their latest move?  Canceling an appearance on Larry King Live over the Tucker Bounds interview because “it crossed a line”.
  • - Please Phil Gramm, keep it up.  The nation loves to be told they’re whiners…
  • - In a surprise move (given their recent record) the AP has stepped up to the plate and shot down some of McCain’s defensive attacks on Obama’s experience.
  • - Note to McCain: A google search does not a vetting make.
  • - Another Note to McCain: Being a POW is not an election platform.
